Molarity

is a way of expressing the number of solute molecules in solution

Molar Concentration

tells you the number of moles of substance (solute) in one liter of solution

mole

one mole of solute is the same as 6x1023 molecules. The molecular weight tells you how many grams one mole of the compound will weigh.
